Forum Survey - Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College

President Bob Meyer conducted strategic planning forums in 2010 at all WITC locations in an effort to obtain input from the WITC community (community members, key leaders from Business and Industry, educators, government officials, WITC retirees, WITC employees, and WITC students) toward the development of the 2012 - 2015 Strategic Goals. Members of the Quality Improvement Steering Committee were involved with this year's process. In 2008, four new Strategic Goals for 2009- 2012 were implemented based on the feedback given at the forums. Feedback was received during the forums by verbal input, and also by way of online and paper surveys. A similar process took place for the 2010 forums.
