Reservations & Confirmation
Reservations may be made in person or by contacting the Conference Center Coordinator at WITC Ashland Campus at 715.682.4591. A detailed event sheet, which includes an estimated cost, is mailed to the event planner for confirmation. Your signature and return of the detailed event sheet is authorization for WITC to provide the services detailed.
The WITC-Ashland Food Stop is the provider of the food menu and service. To ensure delivery of refreshments, menus must be finalized two weeks in advance. Minimal changes in the number of guaranteed meals may be made three working days prior to the event date. All federal, state and local laws will be adhered to with regard to food and/or beverage purchase and consumption. Outside caterers may be available by working through the Conference Center Technician.
Service Fee, Billing Payment
All fees will be billed by WITC following the event and checks for payment must be made payable to WITC. The service fee includes selected seating arrangements and selected audio-visual equipment. There will be an additional charge for consumable supplies, specialty equipment, and food service.

Cancellations & Changes
Any events cancelled within three business days of the event will be assessed 50% of the total cost estimated. Room changes during an event need to be coordinated by WITC staff and an additional charge may be assessed.
