semesters. The menu listed below is subject to change. Call

Lunch Menu
Each menu options is $8.50 and
includes soda and milk.
Build Your Own Sandwich and Soup
Buffet
Design your own sandwich based upon thinly sliced meats and cheeses piled on substantial light and
dark breads, along with crisp lettuce, onion and tomato slices, pickles
and mayo. Tuna and egg salad are available for the non meat-eaters among
us. Chips and a cup of hot soup complement the sandwich. Soup choices are
Chicken Noodle, Creamy Wild Rice, Vegetable Beef, or Ham Noodle. A dessert
is included.
Make Your Own Taco or Chef's Salad
All the fixings for a delicious salad. Put it together just as you like it! Accompanied by a
fresh roll and dessert.
Chicken or Beef Pot Pie
A rich cream sauce with
tender pieces of chicken or beef and vegetables nestled within a flaky
crust, served with a warm roll and crisp salad. A dessert accompanies the
entrée.
Lasagna
Your choice of cheesy
vegetarian or meat lasagna is served with a crisp side salad, green beans,
garlic bread and dessert.
Home-style Chicken
Dinner
Chicken like Grandma makes, served with cheesy potatoes, a Seven Layer Salad, hot roll and
dessert.
Hot Beef on a Bun
Tender roasted beef on
a fresh bakery roll is served with potato salad or cole slaw, baked beans and a
dessert.

Cheese and Sausage Platter: Assorted
Wisconsin cheeses and fine sausages are served with a variety of crispy
crackers.
Fresh Vegetable Platter: Select,
fresh garden vegetables are served with a tangy dip.
Fresh Fruit Platter: A selection of
in-season fruits, melons, berries, kiwi, and grapes is served with a cream
cheese dip.
GENERAL
INFORMATION: To
ensure delivery of products, menus must be finalized two weeks in
advance and a guaranteed number of meals three working days prior to the event
date. Cancellations or group size reductions must be made within three working
days prior to the event date to avoid charges. All federal, state and local laws
will be adhered to with regard to food and/or beverage purchase and consumption.
All food and beverage must be purchased and prepared by WITC-Ashland.
