Donna Stelter is a Basic Skills instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s Rice Lake campus. She teaches Study Skills, College Success Strategies and is available at the Student Success Senter.

Her graduate and undergraduate studies have focused on learning barriers, with much of her teaching experience devoted to adults who have various learning challenges.

In her free time, Donna enjoys reading, spending time with her horses, and baking pies and breads.
