Biography

Linda Richie is an Accounting and Computer Instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s New Richmond campus. Her credentials include a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in education-instruction. Linda is a CPA licensed in the state of Wisconsin.

In addition to teaching, Linda serves as advisor to the Business Professionals of America student organization. The New Richmond club has 10 top-10 performances (including four of the top-10 in Advanced Accounting) in the 2010 BPA National Conference in Anaheim, Calif.

Linda’s previous work experiences include nine years as an auditor for the State of Minnesota and more than three years in private accounting and tax. This industry experience has provided Linda with the tools to relate classroom situations to the real world of business.

In her free time, Linda enjoys yoga, walking and spending time with her husband and three active boys.
