Phillip Drazkowski is a Criminal Justice - Corrections Instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College's New Richmond campus.

He has worked with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and is currently a member of the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office in Hastings, Minn., as a Jail Program Director where he creates, develops, maintains, improves and supervises jail programs that manage/provide opportunity for offenders to learn to become law abiding.  Phillip also supervises work of counselors, recreation coordinator, correctional deputies, probation officers, teachers, and others providing jail programming.

Phillip loves the out-of-doors and has a 30-acre hobby farm. He also used to coach flag football and youth basketball when his kids were young. An avid runner, he also enjoys taking trips every year with his family.
