Biography

RuthAnn North is a Student Success instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s New Richmond campus.

Prior to working at WITC, she was a high school guidance counselor. This provided RuthAnn with multiple opportunities to interact with students and parents. This provided her a strong background for the work she does at WITC, as well as some insights to the needs of students.

RuthAnn enjoys traveling and trying to take a vacation somewhere different each year. Her other passion is volunteer work, mostly in the poverty-stricken areas of Mississippi , and she enjoys when people hear about the needs there and decide to become active themselves.
