Biography

Jim Fangman is a Supervisory Management instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s Rice Lake campus.

Jim worked as a senior engineering manager for IBM in Rochester, Minn., retiring after 30 years. He also spent more than 25 years in the Minnesota Army National Guard before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Jim credits the leadership skills he acquired in industry and the military, along with school board and community involvement and his education in educational leadership with his strong base for management and instruction in the supervisory management program.
