Biography

Scott Elza is an Accounting and Supervisory Management instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s Rice Lake campus. Scott’s educational background and work experiences have helped to present the theory base of the accounting degree in a work-related manner.

Previously, Scott worked extensively in a grocery wholesale/supplier environment. Scott is also dedicated to teaching students the importance of ethics in the everyday work place. With numerous examples of past and current events, he is able to connect a persons’ personal decision making to the everyday work place. Understanding that every student learns in different ways, Scott is willing to try a variety of teaching methods to ensure students understand the material.

Scott enjoys fishing, spending time with his wife and family and attending his son’s football, basketball and baseball games.
