Biography

Trudy Kroeger is a Supervisory Management Instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College's Rice Lake campus.

Her work history includes more than 15 years in a variety of human resource positions. Trudy has served as a generalist, recruitment, compensation and benefits, policy interpretation, human resources law and training, along with many other jobs. She believes in the concept of lifelong learning and has attended courses each year in the area of training and education – as well as workshops in the ever-changing fields of business and human resources.
