Why wait for your refund check in the mail? By signing up online you can get your refunds deposited directly into your bank account.
Sign up for a WITC installment Payment Plan, allowing student to pay tuition/fee cost in multiple installments. *$35.00 enrollment fee per semester if installments are not scheduled for auto withdraw. Students 18 years of age or older and with fees of $300.00 or more may participate in the Payment Plan.

- Friday, July 11: Fall term open enrollment for begins – no enrollment appointment necessary
(Service Member priority registration on July 10)
- Monday, August 4: Fall term fee due date - Deadline date to pay your fall tuition bill or have enough
anticipated financial aid, a third party authorization, or a payment plan on file with WITC.
- Friday, August 8: Fall term financial aid disbursement begins
- Monday, August 11: Fall term course drop date for outstanding fees - Students will be dropped from all
courses if they have an outstanding balance and have not made pay arrangements with
- Thursday, August 14: Staff In-service – All classes, credit and non-credit, day and evening, are cancelled
- Friday, August 15:
New student orientation day
- Monday, August 18: Fall term classes begins
- Thursday, August 28: Fall term first installment due on WITC's payment plan
- Tuesday, September 2: Fall term financial aid census date
- Thursday, September 11: Fall term second installment due on WITC's payment plan
- Thursday, September 25: Fall term third and final installment due on WITC's payment plan
