Step One: Find your Enrollment Appointment

Admitted program students are each assigned an enrollment appointment [the earliest time you can register] by WITC.

Summer and fall term appointments are issued in April and spring term appointments are issued in November. Enrollment appointments will be issued to continuing students first.

After signing into MyWITC you will find your specific enrollment appointment in your Student Center. Click on "Student Center" located in the Self Service Menu on the left side of the page. Your specific appointment is available after selecting the "details" link from the right side under the Enrollment Dates menu. (Don't forget to verify you are looking at the correct term.)

Open registration for non-program students occurs after continuing and new student registration periods. Some programs and campuses will hold specific program group registration. Contact the Student Services Office at your location for program specific information.

Summer 2012 (Term 1124) Enrollment Dates
Thur., April 5	Shopping cart access opens for both summer and fall student enrollment.
Tues., April 10	Summer enrollment begins for new and continuing summer program students.
Fri., April 13	Open enrollment. Summer enrollment appointments no longer needed.
Mon., June 4	Summer term begins.
Fall 2012 (Term 1126) Enrollment Dates
Thur., April 5	Shopping cart access opens for both summer and fall student enrollment
Tues., April 17	Fall enrollment begins for the following students: Continuing program students New fall nursing students
Tues., May 1	Fall enrollment begins for new core fall program students.
Fri., June 29	Fall online course enrollment restrictions lifted.
Tues., July 3	Enrollment appointments begin for new pre-program students.
Fri., July 13	Open enrollment. Fall enrollment appointments no longer needed.
Mon., Aug. 20	Fall term begins.
