Mission

The Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College Foundation provides support to promote, develop and expand quality education and services of the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, and to encourage the success and achievement of WITC students, faculty, staff and alumni.

History

The WITC Foundation is a non-profit, non-stock corporation, incorporated in October 1978, under Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Federal income tax exempt status was granted under section 501(c)(3) and section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Wisconsin charitable organization registration statement approval has been granted under Wisconsin statutes. Under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service, bequests, legacies, devises, transfers or gifts are deductible for federal estate and gift tax purposes.
