Maple Glaze for Ham

2/3 cup pure maple syrup
3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy, salt and pepper. Heat together. Brush liberally on ham while roasting.

Cranberry Glaze for Ham

3/4 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Glaze ham 45 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
2 tbsp. honey

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Glaze ham 45 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Pineapple Glaze for Ham

1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple, finely chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Ham Loaf

1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
2 cups cracker crumbs (not bread crumbs)

Mix all ingredients. Put in loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 F.

Hot Ham Buns

ground ham
grated cheddar cheese
finely chopped onion
finely chopped celery

Mix ingredients. Spread thickly on hamburger buns. Wrap in foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.

Hot Ham Buns

Swiss cheese slices
butter
poppy seeds
minced onion
mustard

Fill hamburger buns with ham and cheese slices. Melt butter. Combine butter with poppy seeds, onion and mustard. Liberally brush the buns with the butter mixture. Wrap in foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
