Wisconsin Early Childhood Association -- A professional community for early childhood educators, providing professional development opportunities for professionals to stay up to date with all the latest research.  Connect with other professionals through FAQs and Blogs.  Learn about the many programs WECA has to offer, including T.E.A.C.H., YoungStar, and their food program.
