With additional experience, graduates may advance to: Energy Management Technician, Business Owner HVAC/R, and Practice Engineering of HVAC/R Systems. WITC now offers graduates a convenient new way to earn one of six bachelor's degrees online through a unique alliance with Franklin University. WITC graduates also enjoy the opportunity for completing a bachelor’s degree through Capella University.
