This one-year technical diploma program is designed to prepare students for job-entry employment in building construction of residential and commercial structures. This program will emphasize knowledge and skills in building layout, construction framing, finishing work, interior systems, remodeling, estimating, print reading, site surveying and preparation, concrete work, building mechanical systems, electrical work, green building, welding, job site safety, math, communications, and customer service.
