Industrial Maintenance Technician


As part of the fabrications class, students manufactured pallet trap boxes for Twin Ports Biathlon youth team. This project involved the use of structural steel, sheet metal, welding and machining.	The class designed, created prints and built this Trap Thrower. This project involved the used of structural steel and welding.

Pictured are log splitter units designed and built. During the spring semester, students will add hydraulic pumps, control valves, cylinders and pressure relief systems.

Students in the Conveying Systems class design and build a working conveyor system to industrial standards. This project includes concepts in not only in conveying, but also in the using the of bearings and mechanical drives as well as electrical and programming applications.
