At some point in every organization, computer users need answers to technical questions or information-processing concerns. Computer Support Specialists work with businesses and individuals to evaluate needs and choose and set up computer hardware and software. You will learn how to provide training and a variety of support services including troubleshooting and upgrading computer hardware. You will operate personal computers and maintain local area networks (LANs) using a variety of software packages.
