The real experience gained in this one-year technical diploma program at WITC-Ashland prepares graduates for employment in this thriving industry. “There’s a real need for skilled machinists,” says instructor Paul Kalin. “We’re talking about good-paying jobs that start at the $25,000-plus range per year. Our graduates often have job offers before they even graduate.”
