Providing support in today's busy office environments is never dull. A variety of tasks and project supervisors keep you on your toes. Your supervisor will rely on you for accuracy, speed, understanding people, and communicating your questions and needs to complete a project or task. To do this, you will need a strong foundation in the more traditional office skills such as keyboarding, proofreading, and correspondence procedures. You will also need to be proficient in the latest technology including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing software.
