WITC's Retail Management program will prepare you for entry-level management in a variety of retail organizations including mass merchandise, department stores, and independent and chain specialty stores. Focused on business decisions and personnel management, the program will help you make decisions that have a positive effect on business. You will learn how to select and order merchandise, negotiate prices, determine your markup based on customer demand and industry trends, conduct meetings, and help prepare advertising campaigns and promotions that target your customers effectively.
