Therapeutic Massage Graduate Page

If you are graduating from the Therapeutic Massage program, this page is for you!

WITC’s process of graduating the students’ records may take up to 15 business days AFTER graduation to complete. The Massage Therapy or Bodywork Therapy Program Curriculum form (Statement of Graduation) will NOT be mailed to the WI Dept. of Safety & Professional Services (DSPS) until all 3 campuses report the students’ records have been completed and a report is run to confirm. It may take an additional 15 business days for DSPS to process the forms.

In order to give WITC and DSPS time to process all the paperwork, WITC will only respond to inquiries regarding the process 6 weeks after graduation. Updates will be posted on this web page as they occur.

ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Allied Health Technician will type & notarize (if needed) each statement of graduation
Allied Health Technician will scan WI State law Exam results to the students' permanent record
Dean, Allied Health will sign each statement
School stamp will be added
Allied Health Technician will mail statements of graduation as a package via certified mail
