WITC Superior's Medallion found!

Melanie Farmakes and John Graves hold the WITC Medallion they found in Central ParkIts official, the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College Superior medallion has been found! Tuesday morning, Melanie Farmakes and John Graves discovered the medallion hidden in the ceiling of the Central Park pavilion. Melanie and John, who are South Superior neighbors, teamed up to try and crack the clues and find the medallion. This is the first year either one has taken part in the medallion hunt. Because Farmakes is enrolled in WITC’s Nursing program, the two will split a $400 cash award for finding the medallion on the second day of the hunt. This year marks the 34th year WITC has held their annual medallion hunt as part of the Superior campus week long “Sno-Week” celebration. The Medallion is always hidden within city limits on public property with a cash reward going to the one who finds it. The event is free and open to the public. Two clues were announced each day on radio stations: B105 & Mix108, as well as posted on campus and on WITC’s Web site: witc.edu

For those interested - the rest of the clues have been posted below.
