2012-2015 STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS SUMMARY

 
Forums for community members, business and industry leaders, students, and employees were held at each WITC location in the Fall of 2010. Input was also provided through online and printed surveys. Using that input, themes and goals were developed by the College's Quality Improvement Steering Committee. Final goals, themes and objectives were shared with College staff and on March 21, 2011 the WITC Board of Trustees approved the final 2012-2015 strategic goals and objectives. Following Board approval, divisional leadership developed action items with feedback from the Quality Improvement Steering Committee. Implementation of the plan began on July 1, 2012.
