"I believe that students learn best by being part of the educational process. My classroom is designed to be 'learner friendly,' and I encourage students to voice their ideas and thoughts. To be part of the educational process means that the student is active and involved. I believe that learning can only take place if the student is interested in the material and actively engaged in the process."
