"Writing well and speaking well within personal and group settings will make you more marketable in any vocation, and the confidence gained from working more competently, collaboratively and compassionately will enrich your life. That's the heart of good communication and human relations. This skill set – if relevantly developed in a positive, non-judgmental environment – will enhance your servant leadership to employer, family and community."
