Medical Receptionists perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, receiving visitors and providing general information about their organization to the public and customers.

Transfer Opportunities

After you complete your Health Office Professional technical diploma at WITC, you can continue your education and complete WITC's Medical Administrative Professional associate degree and transfer to another college to continue your education and earn your bachelor's degree and beyond. 

Articulation Agreements

The Medical Administrative Professional program at WITC has articulation agreements with Lakeland College, Northland College, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Stout. 

The colleges listed above have developed an associate degree to bachelor degree Articulation Agreement with WITC (bachelor degree programs vary); other colleges may accept WITC credits upon a transcript review.
