Andy Bangsberg’s first college programming experience was on a DECwriter terminal. In his 25 years’ experience working in roles such as software developer, manager, instructor and systems manager, Bangsberg was fortunate enough to witness the IT industries evolution from mainframes to desktops, Internet and cloud computing. It’s this consistent evolution that Bangsberg says will continue to provide opportunities for graduates of the IT field.
In his spare time, Bangsberg enjoys spending time with his family, the great outdoors, motorcycling, boating, fishing and flying. He was a pilot and officer in the Army National Guard, 1-147th Attack Helicopter Battalion.
