Upon completion of this technical diploma, you’ll be able to apply technology to complete various business and administrative tasks. As a graduate, you’ll be prepared to take the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification industry credential.

Program Overview

Using the Microsoft Office suite, you’ll create letters, reports, forms or other material from rough draft, corrected copy or voice recording. In addition, you’ll create spreadsheets, databases, calendars, emails or slides for presentations.

  • Solve user level Microsoft Office issues

Master the Office Suite while using advanced features to enhance any document or presentation; create spreadsheets with in-depth formulas; develop databases; and customize the many components of email and calendars. This Microsoft software foundation allows the user to integrate multiple programs for numerous projects in business. In addition to the software, you'll receive experience with training tutorial software, web conferencing, and more.Take your classes in a variety of options including online, traditional classroom, or connecting to the classroom via web conferencing. Start the program in August, January, mid-semester or in the summer - you decide.
