"We have quality educators with skills and experience that will provide students with the skills to succeed as a nurse. Our controlled class sizes help students to receive individual attention from instructors, who care about them as individuals.”

Paula has had an extensive career in nursing/patient care and management. This on-the-job experience allowed Paula to provide students with real-life examples of patients and situations. Her master’s degree in nursing and healthcare education provided her with teaching and learning techniques. Her teaching philosophy is that we all learn from each other, and she implements this philosophy by providing students with the opportunity to share their experiences and thoughts in a group setting. She also utilizes a variety of teaching methods so students of various learning styles have the chance to get the most out of each class.
Paula hopes to make an impact on nursing through inspiring others to stay curious and learn.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, reading and going out with friends. She also picked up quilting in the last few years and enjoys creating beautiful (although not quite perfect) quilts.
