8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Catalog number: 47-504-466

Course Description:

This 8 hour course is instructed by Jason Wilke (Captain WI DOC, retired).  Captain Wilke is the President of the Midwest Gang Investigators Association and a nationally prominent presenter on the topic of Security Threat Groups, Street Gangs and Hate Based Groups.

The morning session will focus on the history and evolution of White Supremacy in the United States.
White Supremacists Groups change tactics and association on a very regular basis. Keeping up to date with this ever changing Threat Group is very challenging for Law Enforcement and Correctional Investigators.

The afternoons session  will focus on  the evolution of Anti-Government Extremists and how this movement eventually evolved into the “Sovereign Citizens” movement.
Most, if not all, Sovereign Citizens, be it Caucasian or African American, hold deeply held radical religious and racial ideologies. This is a combination for disaster when confronted by Law Enforcement of Corrections Officers. Not only do Sovereign Citizens hold Anti-Government beliefs, they also have deeply seeded Hate ideology.

Learning Objectives will include:
1. Klu Klux Klan
2. Aryan Nations
3. National Socialist Movement
4. The Posse Comitatus
