  • Current Student Login Instructions
    • Your password is your network password. This is the same password you use to login to campus computers and Blackboard.
    • This password can be changed on a WITC college computer. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select the change password option.
    • The password can also be changed using the MYCAMPUS portal. The MYCAMPUS portal allows for the password to be changed on or off campus.

    • What is the format of my Office 365 email address?
      • The format of your Office 365 email is your last name + the first initial of your first name + the first initial of your middle name. The email domain is
        For example: John C Doe's email would be,
      • If there are multiple students where the email name is the same, a number starting with 1 is added to the email name. For example: If Joe C Doe attended WITC along with John C Doe. Joe C Doe's email would be If Jane C Doe decided to attend WITC along with John and Joe. Jane's email address would be
      • Multiple students with the same email name will not happen often, but it does happen and you should be aware of this. If you do not know what your email address is, you can contact the Help Desk and they can provide your information to you.
    • Can I connect MS Outlook to my Office 365 Account on a Personal Computer?
      • Yes, you will need to install Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Then follow the instruction for setting up Outlook to connect to your WITC student account.
    • Where can I find Outlook Web App Help?
      • Visit Microsoft Outlook Web App Help Tutorials to learn more about Outlook Web.
    • Can I use my mobile device to access my Office 365 email?
      • Yes, you can use your mobile device to access your email. You can find instructions for setting up email on your mobile device at the links below. There are a couple of options for setting up your mobile device to access your WITC email. You can use the Microsoft Outlook App or the devices built in email App. Set up for both options are included in the links below.

        Important: When the set up directions ask for your email address, use your student or staff ID with a prefix of Example:

    • How much can I store in my Office 365 mailbox?
      • The maximum allowable size of your mailbox is 50GB.

        File Storage and Sharing

        Work together on projects, in study groups, or in clubs with team sites that help keep related documents, notes, tasks, and conversations organized together. Up to 300 subsites.

        Office Web Apps
        Create and edit2 Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel document from any modern browser.

        Sync email, calendar, and contacts; access SharePoint sites; view and edit Office documents with Office Web Apps using a browser on Windows Phone, iOS, and Android devices.

      • How long will my Office 365 account be active after I graduate or leave WITC?
        • The student’s mailbox and OneDrive will be deleted after a student does not attend a WITC program class for an entire year.

          For example if a student graduates in June of 2014, the mailbox and OneDrive will be deleted in November of 2015. This allows an entire year to move data to a personal account or decides to re-enroll to the college.

      • What data and account information will be deleted?
        • The Office 365 account will be deleted from the Office 365 system. This will remove any access to Office 365 services including email, OneDrive, Lync, and Office 365 Pro Plus.
        • The email mailbox will be deleted.
        • The OneDrive will be deleted.
        • The students WITC account will also be removed so services like the ability to access college computers will be removed.
      • What happens if my Office 365 account and data is deleted and I decide to enroll again at WITC?
        • A new account Office 365 account and OneDrive will be created.
        • The same email address will be assigned. The college stores the original email address that was assigned to a student and will assign that same email address if a student re-enrolls to the college.
        • Any old email and files from the previous account will not be available as they have been deleted.
