Value > Cost

When it comes to colleges, what you pay for isn't always what you get.

An education at WITC includes experienced instructors, hands-on education, small class sizes and graduates that get hired. Getting your education at WITC just adds up, and the students are proof that you don't have to go into debt to obtain a successful career.

Seventy-five percent of WITC students use some type of financial aid including grants, loans and work study. On top of that, WITC awarded over $250,000 in scholarships last year.

93%

of graduates are employed within six months of graduating.

$37,829

is the average annual starting salary for graduates.

Students can save up to half the tuition cost of a four-year college.

WITC offers a high-quality education ranked among the best two-year colleges in the nation, and it comes at an affordable price to boot!

An Affordable Education

WITC offers a significantly lower cost per credit than the four-year college, but there are other ways you'll save money by attending WITC.

Many employers require an associate degree/technical diploma and place a high emphasis on experience. Instead of spending unnecessary time and money pursuing a bachelor's degree, you could be in the field gaining valuable experience in the industry.

For the careers that do require a bachelor's degree, WITC provides transfer agreements with many four-year colleges in the state. By starting at WITC and transferring, you can ultimately save nearly half the tuition.

HOW MUCH will it COST?

WITC breaks down the cost of education so that there are no surprises. Education expenses are based on the cost of tuition, books, supplies, food, housing, transportation, personal and other miscellaneous expenses. WITC’s budgets are based on a nine-month school year and do not include costs for summer school expenses. This budget is an estimate, for more details on tuition planning, please use the Department of Education Tuition Calculator.
