WITC has received funding from the federal government through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) act. The funds provide emergency aid to financial aid eligible students who need to cover expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the pandemic.
These funds are meant to help eligible students who incurred new expenses because of the temporary disruption in campus activities for items such as: groceries and supplies, health and dental services, childcare, and additional costs to move to online courses including technology, and tools or course materials normally supplied on campus.
The funding is only available to financial aid eligible students whose classes were not completely online prior to March 1, 2020.
If you have experienced additional expenses due to the closure of campuses and/or classes moving from in person to online, please complete the application below so that we may check your eligibility. Applications are due by May 20.
